AMAC @ 22nd International Conference on Composite materials (ICCM22)

AMAC is proud to announce its sponsorship and participation in ICCM22 to be held in Melbourne, Australia between August 11-16, 2019. ICCM is the premier international conference in the field of composite materials. Having started in 1975 will see its return back to Australia after 22 years since ICCM11, Gold coast. ICCM22 provides a forum for the presentation, exchange and discussion of the latest research into composite materials and their applications. For the first time, Automated Fibre Placement (AFP) will debut at ICCM with its own dedicated session. In addition to a number of presentations lined up by AMAC researchers and PhD students, AMAC will also have a presence at this conference with our exhibition booth at ICCM22. We will be showcasing a number of complex state of the art AFP manufactured parts and also specimens/demonstrators from our various research programs, Material Enhancement and Characterisation, Process-Property Optimisation, Simulation and Performance Predication and Design, Integration and Optimisation. Come visits us and hear more about our research activities from our remarkable researchers and PhD students. Learn more about how you can get involved with AMAC and the various engagement pathways available.

AMAC would also like to congratulate to Prof. Murray Scott, Chairman of ACS-A (AMAC foundational partner) who will be receiving the prestigious Scala Award at ICCM22. He will be delivering his Scala lecture entitled,’ Advanced Composites Research and Innovation – an Australian Perspective’.
