APAMC 2021

The 1st Asia-Pacific Symposium on Automated Manufacturing of Composites – APAMC 2021 will be held at AMAC, located UNSW Sydney on 23-24 November 2021.
The aim of this symposium is to address trending topics in the area of advanced composites manufacturing using automated technologies and bring together both academia and industrial practitioners in the Asia-Pacific region with Australia leading the efforts. This invitation only event will facilitate the bridge between academic research and industrial applications. APAMC 2021 is expecting delegates from all parts of the composites sector (both locally and internationally) including universities, research institutions, government agencies, material suppliers, manufacturers and other industries. Such diversity will ensure a vibrant, engaging and multifaceted conference.

About AMAC

Researchers at the UNSW-based Australian Research Council (ARC) Training Centre for Automated Manufacture of Advanced Composites (AMAC) and industry partner Omni Tanker, have successfully reduced production and maintenance costs of the company’s specialised chemical transport tanks for aggressive corrosive and high purity oxidising liquids. The breakthroughs will shore up the company’s position as the market leader in Australia and enhance export market success.
