An MoU has been signed between UNSW and IFREMER (Institut Français de Recherche pour l’Exploitation de la Mer), France. This three-year agreement focusses on Exchange of ideas, joint research projects, joint supervision of doctoral students, development of methods and tools for material modelling, composite material development for application specific purpose,  computational simulations for composites, multi-scale modelling, and also for faculty, staff and student exchanges. Prof. Gangadhara Prusty is leading this project.
